We believe that the problem of ageing society can be largely resolved if elderly people are living healthy along improving life expectancy. As the benefits of yoga in maintaining physical, mental, and emotional health have been confirmed by many research studies, with positive and innovative thinking, we use yoga as an entry point to help the elderly staying healthy, to enable them to take care of themselves independently and lead an autonomous and dignified later life, thus reducing the burden of the community and the next generation in front of an ageing population.
