At the Silk Road Café, refreshments are purchased on a fair trade basis to help provide a fair income for suppliers in struggling economies. For products with no fair trade options, the café sources from HK social enterprises and/or environmentally-friendly solutions where possible.

Product and Service
We serve fair trade hot and cold coffees, teas, and chocolate drinks, plus juices, smoothies and soft drinks designed to refresh the weary traveler. Light foods prepared by a local social enterprise bakery are also available. The café's design honours today's Silk Road and its people served by Crossroads' Central Asian branch.
