In 1932, one of the first generation of concrete-and-steal housing blocks in Hong Kong was completed in the Prince Edward Flower Market area. Designed in a French architectual style, the four-storey complex featured the latest Art Deco elements in fashion at the time.

Today, the Grade 2 historic building is home to GoodPoint, a lifestyle hub with a community-based business model. Opened in 2014, the centre brings together retail operations that include a vegetarian restaurant, variety store, general interest shops, learning centre and an art exhibition space
