Firms initiated
and operated by NGOs. |
- Usually established by NGOs.
- NGOs responsible for the management
and operation of the firms.
- In most cases, disadvantaged
groups are employed as staff of
SE.

The business is
democratically managed by the SE workers. |
- Some of them are initiated by
NGOs, but they are not subsidiaries
of NGOs.
- Workers responsible for the
management and operation of SE.
- It is characterized by a participatory
nature.
